Nursing scrubs built for 12-hour shifts on Australian wards: four-way stretch for every bend and lift, an antimicrobial finish to stay fresher, and a water-resistant surface for the unexpected.
Nursing is physical work, and your scrubs should keep up. Threadicine nursing scrubs use a 240 GSM blend of 62% polyester, 34% viscose and 4% elastane with four-way stretch, so you can bend, reach, lift and crouch without the fabric pulling. The antimicrobial finish helps you stay fresher through a long shift, and the water-resistant surface helps splashes bead off rather than soak in.
Pockets are placed where nurses actually need them: a chest pocket for pens, two hip pockets, cargo pockets on both thighs and a secure zip pocket for your phone or keys. Choose from six colours to suit your ward, or check your health service's colour policy first.
It depends on your health service. Many Australian hospitals assign colours by role, so check your local uniform policy. Our guides cover common colour choices.
Most full-time nurses rotate three to five sets so there is always a clean set ready. Two sets are $180.
