Shipping within Australia

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can vary for regional and remote areas and during peak periods.
International shipping
We ship to selected countries including New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Singapore and much of Europe for a flat $20 AUD. Delivery usually takes 7–20 business days. Any import duties, taxes or customs charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also view your orders in your account.
Address issues
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@threadicine.com.au with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
